THE MANIFESTO

01 / THE PROBLEM

Somewhere in a glass conference room, a founder is explaining unit economics to someone who has never had a job. That founder will give up 20% of their company for the privilege. This is normal. This is fine. Nobody has said anything.

02 / THE SOLUTION

A leaderboard. You pay between $1 and $1,000. Your name gets bigger the more you pay. At $1,000 it's animated and rainbow. There is no product-market fit study behind this. It just seemed funny.

03 / THE MARKET

TAM: everyone who has ever rolled their eyes at a LinkedIn post about “raising our pre-seed.” SAM: people willing to spend a coffee's worth of money to say they're a “founder.” SOM: you, right now, reading this.

04 / THE BUSINESS MODEL

You give us money. 10% goes to charity, verifiably, on a page you can check any time. The rest goes toward the $1,000,000 goal. There is no Series A. There is no 2-and-20. There is no one taking a carry on your $5.

05 / THE ASK

We are not raising. We are not fundraising. We are not doing a friends-and-family round before the “real” round. Move the slider. Pick a number. That's the whole pitch.

06 / THE EXIT

There isn't one. Nobody is getting acquired. Nobody is going public. Nobody is getting a liquidity event. You get a name on a wall and the satisfaction of never having sat through a board meeting.
